State Parks

The Ridge Runner Cafe and shop at Devil’s Den State Park is closed temporarily due to a fire. On December 14, 1916 the Glenwood Park recreation center and shelterhouse was officially opened and devoted to the public. The park is named following the Italian city of Genoa – 1 of Columbus’ ten international sister cities and the birthplace of city’s namesake Christopher Columbus. Glenview is a (three.71 acre) park that enables access to the Sullivant Trace boardwalk.

Dodge Skate Park is absolutely free to the public, but is unsupervised ( SKATE AT YOUR Own Risk ). Now, the park is maintained by the German Village Garten Club, The German Village Society , and Friend’s of Frank Fetch Park. This community park delivers facilities for kid and household friendly activities. The not too long ago renovated Clinton-Como Park (19.50 acres) borders the East bank of the Olentangy River, just South of North Broadway Ave.
